DECORATE YOUR PACKAGE WITH FINISH AND PRINTING

UV coating for cosmetic containers

More and more brands are relying on coatings, finishes, and embellishments to transform ordinary packaging into extraordinary ones. This detailing differentiates their product from competitors and helps grab the attention of consumers at the point of purchase. To meet this demand, we provide unlimited options for our clients to customize their packaging with a variety of PMS colors, materials, finishes, and printings.

UV COATING

In the cosmetics, beauty, and personal care business, packaging is also about fashion. UV coating plays a significant role in making your package standout on the retail shelves. Whether it is a frosty texture or a shiny surface, coating gives your package a certain attractive look. UV coating enables plastic to mimic the look of metal, delivering high-end results.
Advantages of UV Coating:

silk screen printing on cosmetic bottles

SILK SCREEN PRINTING

Silk screening is the process in which ink is pressed through a photographically treated screen onto the surface to be decorated. One color is applied at a time with a new screen for each color. Closures candidates for silk screening are aluminum, acrylic, HDPE, LDPE, and PET.
Advantages of Silk Screen Printing:

hot stamping on cosmetic tubes and bottles

HOT STAMPING

Hot stamping is a technique in which colored foil is applied to the surface through a combination of heat and pressure. Hot stamping produces a shiny and luxurious appearance on cosmetic tubes, bottles, jars, and other closures. Colored foils are often gold and silver, but other colors are also available, ideal for a signature design.

offset printing on cosmetic tubes

OFFSET PRINTING (on round cosmetic tubes)

Offset printing uses printing plates to transfer ink onto the containers. This technique is more precise than silkscreen printing, and is effective for multi colors (up to 8 colors) and halftone artwork.
Advantages of offset printing:

REVERSE OXIDATION (of aluminum parts)

Reverse oxidation is a twice oxidation process. First, the component is oxidized with the desired color for the artwork. Then they print the artwork with resistant ink and oxidize the second time with another color for the component. Finally, they buff the ink off, leaving the artwork in its shiny color. The technique creates a highly contrasted and elegant artwork on aluminum components such as cosmetic bottles, lipstick cases, compacts, mascara containers, and etc.

EMBOSSING & DEBOSSING

Embossing creates a raised image and debossing creates a recessed image. These techniques add branding value to the package by creating a unique logo design that consumers can touch and feel.
