Frequently asked questions
Tube height should be 3 to 5mm longer than your pre-roll length to allow easy insertion and removal without compressing the tip. Share your pre-roll length and we'll confirm the right height. Standard heights cover 60mm through 120mm formats.
Heat transfer wraps a full-color film around the tube, capable of photographic quality, gradients, and complex artwork across the full surface. Silk-screen applies ink directly in spot colors, cleaner and more durable for simple designs and high-contrast logos, but limited to solid colors. For complex brand artwork, choose heat transfer. For bold single or dual-color branding, choose silk-screen.
The tube is FDA food-grade. The aluminum body is infinitely recyclable, maintaining full material quality through recycling cycles, unlike plastic which degrades with each cycle. The CR cap is plastic and is recycled separately from the aluminum body.
Diameter and capacity. The K20 (this tube, 20mm) holds a single pre-roll. The Multi-Pack Aluminum Tube (K29, 29mm) holds 3 to 5 pre-rolls in one tube. Both use the same 16 CFR §1700.20 certified CR cap and customizable height. Choose based on whether you're packaging single units or multi-packs.
