25% will be charged if order or item is canceled after 5 days of deposit received. TPC will credit the purchase of any defective goods upon the return of defective products. Claims for quality or quantity should be filed by the Buyer with the Seller within 30 days after arrival of the goods at destination and supported by sufficient evidence for the Seller’s reference; otherwise the Seller shall refuse to consider. Claims in respect of matters within responsibility of insurance company and/or shipping company will not be entertained by the Seller.
