The Pre Roll Tin Case — All Metal (V1A) is the premium all-metal variant of TPC's bestselling patented CR tin case. Where the standard V1 uses a plastic middle band for the side walls between the base and lid, the V1A is constructed entirely from tinplate — no plastic components anywhere. The result is a tin that feels more substantial in hand, looks cleaner on shelf with no visible plastic seam, and delivers a fully recyclable packaging solution with no mixed-material disposal complications.
Beyond the all-metal build, the V1A adds 3mm of interior height (17mm vs. 14mm on the V1), which opens up a broader range of insert tray configurations — thicker plastic trays, foam layer inserts, and larger product diameters that need extra clearance to seat and seal properly.
