Description
The Raised-Lid Pre-Roll & Capsule Tin Case (V1E) is the raised-lid variant of TPC's patented V1 CR tin case, built for products that need a little more interior headroom than the standard flat-lid V1 provides. The slightly domed lid adds clearance above the insert tray without increasing the overall footprint, making it the right choice for capsule and supplement programs, thicker pre-roll tubes, or any product that sits just a fraction too tall for a flat-lid tin to close cleanly. It uses the same patented side-squeeze mechanism as the rest of the V1 family, certified to 16 CFR §1700.20, with an FDA food-grade airtight interior.

Custom insert trays
The V1E's raised lid gives insert trays the clearance they need to sit flush and seal properly, particularly for taller product formats that would compress or bow the lid on a flat-profile tin. Every tray is engineered and prototyped by our team before full production begins.
Capsule and supplement trays
Fits up to 30 capsules in a custom compartmentalized plastic tray. The raised lid provides clearance for standard capsule heights that don't fit flat-lid V1 configurations.
Pre-roll trays
Fits 5 to 7 pre-rolls up to 98mm. The extra lid clearance accommodates thicker-walled tubes and larger diameter formats that sit just tight in the flat-lid V1.

The standard V1 (14mm) has a flat lid and is built from tinplate with a plastic middle band. The V1E (16mm, this tin) raises that lid to add interior clearance for capsules and taller products, same tinplate-and-plastic-band construction. The All-Metal V1A (17mm) keeps the flat lid but replaces the plastic band entirely with tinplate for a fully recyclable, plastic-free build. Choose based on whether you need extra headroom (V1E) or zero plastic (V1A).
